Just out of curiosity. If it's too sensitive a topic, I understand. But how do you find a way to deal with. Being here when you just as well could be there. [Not that Wynter could just be there... he doesn't think.]

People. [Linda's answer is simple and quick, but that's more because she's also been struggling with homesickness. though, of course, she knows that as things stand she couldn't risk going back even if she wanted to] It's the people that make any place worth being.

Are you okay, Wynter? [her expression is concerned] Do you want to get a drink or something?

Being... home instead of being here? I am not sure I understand the question, but... I imagine it would be a very different thing for each person.

It depends on how broken "there" is. For me, here is a better place for me than there. Less bad memories.

Back "there" I was in exile at the arse end of a broken world, my career in tatters. "Here" there's luxury, safety, an interesting job. It's an easy choice for me. So I'm not dealing with it, I'm embracing it.

What is this about, Wynter?
