[When Lindir's face appears, he looks a little concerned. That said, being a touch concerned at all times was probably on par for him. Those who listen closely might hear some soft cooing noises in the background.]

I was wondering if I might find someone with the knowledge of how to care for young... tribbles I believe they're called. I came across one of the creatures while in the gardens, but I did not know it was an expectant mother. There are now five.

[Lindir reaches over and lifts one up so that it could be seen by the camera. Holding it now, he actually smiles slightly. It was a soothing creature.]

I had intended on returning the mother to the wild, but I am unsure if that is wise with young ones.

[Lindir gives that distinct look of OH MY GOD WHAT ARE YOU?]

The... smaller ones are it's offspring, yes.

[Wander doesn't notice that look as he is currently distracted by fuzzy baby animals, as evidenced by his huge grin.]

Their maw jus' lets ya carry 'em? [He lets out a little squeal.]

Maybe we should all take care of the family while the babies grow up! It'll be like the resort's pets!

[He's trying hard to get over his initial shock, and speaking with a bit more normal tone.]

I do not feel that would be wise. They are wild creatures, and I would return them to the garden where I found their mother.

[But something about them had made him want to pick the first one up. It's was a calming creature, and relaxed him to pet and listen to it's coos.]

However, I may wait for a time to make sure that it's children are well suited to go back out of doors.

[Wander calms down at Lindir's explanation that the tribbles are wild animals. As cute as they were, he probably won't be allowed to keep them in his room at the resort.]

I can still help ya look after 'em, right? With all those babies, their momma needs extra help!

[And then maybe he'll befriend one and they can explore the wilderness together!]

[Not that Lindir doesn't have them in his room at the resort or anything...

He pauses thoughtfully, and slightly unsure. He had never encountered a person like this before.]

...Perhaps we can start with introductions if we are to consider working together... I am Lindir of Imladris. May I ask who you are?

Oh! I'm sorry 'bout that! [He tips in hat, still eyeing the tribble.] I'm Wander, you average space traveler, and I jus' happened to come across this lovely planet and decided to visit!

[Lindir was only just beginning to grasp the idea of "space" and "planets" after reading some.]

"Space traveler?" Do you routinely visit other worlds?

'Course I do! Travelin' is my life! [Every planets has such different people and locations. Why wouldn't he want to visit as many as he could?]

You should definitely go space travelin' sometime, maybe with one of your friends!

This is the furthest I have ventured from the valley. In truth I do not often leave it.

[And he preferred it that way, really.]

Why don't you go out more? Earth's a pretty big place, so there's lotsa place to go.

[Lindirs does his best to hold back some embarrassment. He'd heard the same question before, though not in those words.]

I do not leave it because I do not have the desire to. I am fond of our fountains and flowing streams. I am at peace there.

[Even if they sometimes had strange guests who disturbed that peace, it was only passing.]
