[When Lindir's face appears, he looks a little concerned. That said, being a touch concerned at all times was probably on par for him. Those who listen closely might hear some soft cooing noises in the background.]

I was wondering if I might find someone with the knowledge of how to care for young... tribbles I believe they're called. I came across one of the creatures while in the gardens, but I did not know it was an expectant mother. There are now five.

[Lindir reaches over and lifts one up so that it could be seen by the camera. Holding it now, he actually smiles slightly. It was a soothing creature.]

I had intended on returning the mother to the wild, but I am unsure if that is wise with young ones.

[Lindir frowns heartily at the mention of the props.]

In a garden not far from the resort, but the one I frequent. It seemed... pleasant.

I do not think it is a native species. You might wish to have it checked over... the ecosystem here is so fragile.

It has been suggested to me that I should visit the library, and I intend to do just that. I would not want to cause harm to these tribbles nor to any other creature here.

It is oddly cute for a puff of hair. Have you thought of a name for your new pet?

I had not thought to name it as I had no intention in keeping it for long.

[He pets the fluffball, and it coos soothingly. Lindir looks more relaxed than he usually does.]

However, now that it has children it may be best to wait a while longer.

I think you should keep one. This is the most relaxed I have seen you.[ ]

I am not sure that is fair, if they are wild. I would not wish to take them away from their homes.

[Oh but the look on his face says he wants one. They were so soothing.]

I fail to see how that creature could be of the wilds here. So it would have to be eradicated or kept as a pet.

Eradicated? A sweet creature such as this?

[Nuuuu he likes it.]

This planet is fragile and protected. There is no telling what effect an unknown species such as that will have if it manages to escape into the wild. So long as it remains a pet and properly cared for it should be alright.

[Lindir looks down at the tribble, stroking it and frowning.]

I would not wish any harm to come to it or it's children.

[Pause.]

I feel I must find out more of it through research. If it is not native to this land I may have to find a way to spare it from such a fate.

I understand how you feel. I just have concerns after the Prop incident for the fragility of the ecosystem here. I'm sure the tablets will have much information about whatever those creatures are. What did you call them Tribbles?
