[By the looks of things, Lindir is sitting down in a high backed chair in one of Blackstaff's guest rooms. He says nothing, but continues poking at the screen, furrowing his brows and frowning. As there's a beep from the device, he turns his head to listen to it, then looks back again. He lets out a deep sigh. This was going to be a lot harder than he thought it would be. Why did he ever agree to this?]

My people. The rulers of Gallifrey. You haven't heard of them either? Oldest and mightiest civilization? [Narvin says hopefully even as he deflates a little. It's disappointing to him when his race isn't nearly as important or impressive to other people as it is to him.]

[He gives a dubious look at that.]

[Narvin draws himself up a little taller.

The Time Lords of Gallifrey have reigned for a billion years. We were perfecting transmat technology when the universe was only half its current size.

[He raises an eyebrow at that, obviously unbelieving. However, he wasn't about to argue further. Lindir avoided conflict as much as possible.]
