[The video feed is fuzzy for a few seconds before Wander shows up in a dark room.]

Whew! At least this still works!

Anyway, I was explorin' town a while ago when I kinda fell through the floor of this one abandoned building. I thought I saw somethin' in there and crawled in through a crack in the wall, but it turns out that holes can hide themselves pretty well in the dark.

[He points the feed to the ceiling, made of dirt with wooden beams supporting it. There's a caved-in opening up there wide enough for a regular person to fit through.]

I dunno how I'm gonna get out. That hole's kinda high. [He turns the feed back to him.] Oh well, guess I'll have to look for another way. It looks like there's a buncha tunnels in here, so might as well-

[An echoing hiss can be heard off camera in the distance, familiar to anyone who's met a creeper.]

[Wander's face finally shows some sign of unease as he whispers the rest.] Or I could look for things to stack up and climb outta here.

((OOC: This is kind of a planning post for exploring the hidden spawner room. Whoever volunteers to help Wander out is going to end up exploring the abandoned mineshafts with him in a later log to find the spawner room.))

Stay put, little fellow-- Which house were you in? I'll bring a rope.

I dunno! I was explorin' the other side of the river and went to look at the boats! [He takes a sweeping view of the room and ceiling.] It's one of those old buildings a bit far from the rest of town.

All right. Try to stay near that hole to the surface-- if you've got to move, try to leave a message or a marker.

[Ben goes out of the view of the screen camera as he starts to assemble his field gear.]

We'll get you out, don't worry. Stay calm and we'll be there as soon as we can.

[Wander picks up his communicator and sits off of the side of the room, underneath the hole that he fell through. Now that someone's coming to help him, he doesn't feel too worried about this. Besides, he hasn't heard the creeper again, so it might have moved away.]

How long are you takin' to get here?

[usfuzzies]

It'll take about a quarter hour to get out there, but I'll find the house you're in as fast as I can. What can you see around you? It might give me a clue.

Inside this room? Jus' lotsa dirt and old boxes.

But you mean the place where I was? [He cracks a grin.] It's an old, big building. I think it was a warehouse? It's where all the boats carryin' cargo are, only a bit far from the river.

This room too--are the walls damp? Does it look like any more dirt or ceiling will slide? [He's asking as he heads out, rifle strapped to his back and field gear counted and checked for props.]

Well, the wood's kinda old an' the wall's pretty sticky, but it doesn't look like it's fall. Can't tell 'bout the ceiling though, but if you walk above the beams, you should be okay.
