Hello, my name is Ashe. [ His accent is heavy, as if he is from somewhere around France.] I have been here a week or so now and have not yet spoken over this strange network. I decided to change that. I really have nothing of interest to share. It is simply bad form not to at least say hello to new neighbors and I seem to have been rude.
[ He is shuffling a deck of cards.] I thought I might ask those who have been here longer where places of interest and things to do between the mundane of the days would be?
Thank you. [ He tipped his head and cut the feed.]

[ He spoke as he motioned to the card.] Memorize it but do not show me.
[ he sat the deck before her.] Then shuffle it back in, and do continue.

Meanwhile, she's not really sure what to talk about, so she just... rambles.]
The City of Angels... um... Los Angeles, right? [She has to remember the history she's been able to glean through what cultural osmosis she had.] Where I'm from... It's called the Boneyard now. Angel's Boneyard. It's deep in NCR territory. Er... That'd be the New California Republic. [A beat.] There's a group based out of the Boneyard... The Followers of the Apocalypse. Doctors and teachers and scientists and the like, working together to try to make life better for people. They have a university there... I think it's the only one I've ever heard of, after the War.

[ He nodded listening to her speak. He looked a little worried. For the world to have gone that way it must have been a terrible way to grow.]
When was the war?
