[His message is quick, because he's nervous and new. Visscher came back for the project to rebuild, just in case more of the same misfortunes happened. He doesn't know if it's a good idea or not, but he might as well reintroduce myself.]

Most of the people I knew when I was first around seemed to have departed.

But I am Utrecht Visscher. I am a qualified physician in my universe, and a general practitioner by interstellar standards.

It's a pleasure and I will do my best to assist.

There were elves here before, and someone that healed by magic.

There were sidhe here? [Grainne's face lights up in surprise, and briefly wonders if maybe one of the visitors had been Hilda.

She really can't tell the difference between a Lorulian and an elf, though.]

I know a spell that heals by magic, though it is diminished in this universe, as all my magic is. I would have been glad to trade knowledge with such a person.

I don't think that's what he was. His name was Braska.

A sidhe? Oh, no. I am just a spirit.

[At the mention of Braska, she brightens.]

Oh, yes, I knew him. I do not think I heard that he knew healing magic, though... he left not long after I came here.

You're a spirit?

That's unfortunate. He was a kind man.

It's complicated. I agree... I did enjoy our talk, however short it was. It has been a long while since I enjoyed meeting new people.

I'm sorry if I am slightly awkward. I am not very good with new people myself, even if I enjoy company.

[Social anxiety does that to people.]

Oh... that does not bother me. [She tilts her head slightly, pausing, and then added,] Speaking to new acquaintances is a skill like any other that takes practice and sometimes advice. I used to be very good with words.

Well, that's certainly good to hear.

[His is a bit of a life-time condition. He's 37, and never shaken it. He'll never do a video post because of it.]

[She hesitates a little more.]

I could coach you in the matter of words, if you would like.

No, that's fine. It's better if I show caution with some of my clients. I don't discriminate but sometimes that leads to people that take disrespect too easily.

Ah, that is all right. I was just thinking it would be nice to have someone to speak to over breakfast.

I could talk to you then. I have no problem with that.

Thank you. Perhaps I could cook a dish from my homeland?

[Oh yeah, there is that one giant stipulation.]

I am a vegitarian, by the way. So if you need any meat I can find you the equivalent. Space, thankfully, gives you a lot of options.

[Vegetarian haggis. There's a challenge.]

I have not cooked for a vegetarian before... that is the one where eggs and milk is acceptable, but not fish or meat?

[It's a strange concept for her no matter how you slice it when animals had been always been necessary to survive, and the Grail knowledge didn't seem to help much except give a vague idea of what it was.]

Yes, that's the one. I don't mind eating their milk and eggs but I don't particularly enjoy killing things for food. [But he's a guy that's very used to getting the most out of very little, he knows, and doesn't judge other people on it. Especially since now he has an edge that he didn't have before.]

I see. I will enjoy trying this challenge!
