I guess it's on the nicer side. In the realm of "I know you." Usually if I don't like someone I outright call them a shitheel or fuckhole or something similarly charming. I don't see much use in dancing around the matter unless galactic conflict is dependent on me kissin' ass of someone I don't really care for.
